Meeting Notes from June 17th, 2014

17 people attended including several attorneys, several financial planners, several website people, a reporter from NBC and the OB Rag, several writers, several consultants, a rep from the loyalty card industry, an author, and a market manager for Golden Road brewing.  Many business cards were exchanged!

Attorney Scott Grace did a stellar job explaining his practice which involves creditor’s rights amongst other things.  Mark Merrick provided liquid refreshments, so thanks to him and Golden Road.  We added a couple of more speakers to the schedule, so we now have speakers booked through August.  Unless someone cancels, the next available date to speak is 8/26!

Te Mana is offering the OBNG members a discount on their own loyalty card.  Buy one of their cards for $20 and immediately get a five dollar credit.  Please support our fantastic hosts at Te Mana!

Peace to all!

You are invited to dinner on us!
We have a guest speaker that will bring Baja to you. The presentation will have amazing aerial photos, updates on the Baja real estate market, and what’s new in San Felipe, Baja Mexico. Enjoy an evening of great dining and learn about some of the breakthroughs in Green technology, how Americans can own beach view property in Mexico, and Baja’s best-kept secret: Rancho Costa Verde.
We conduct no business at the free seminar; it is strictly informational. It’s a great way to learn about all the exciting things happening in Baja, and discover why Rancho Costa Verde is the home of “Yesterday’s Prices, Tomorrow’s Technology, and Timeless Views.”
Please pick the location and date that is most convenient for you in the drop down menu in the form below, and we will reserve your seats…
We look forward to seeing you!

Rancho Costa Verde is over 625 acres of unspoiled natural beauty. One reason why we chose this location is no matter where you are on the property, how far you go back from the beach, your views are breath taking. Because Rancho Costa Verde is on a four degree slope that gently backs up to a mountain range, you see water, and lots of it. Fifty percent of Rancho Costa Verde will never be developed. We are leaving it half-open, with over forty percent dedicated as a nature preserve.
We had our engineers create a master plan that takes advantage of this natural beauty and keeps the view a priority. We have staggered lot lines, so that no home will ever be looking directly at another home creating view corridors. All of our streets are cul-de-sac, with over sized home sites that all have green space, and building guidelines and CC&R’s that insure that the view that you fall in love with today, your children and their children, will be able to enjoy.
